In-app celebrations

The Coaching & Celebration component shows a confetti animation and award details whenever a user earns points or completes a challenge. It subscribes to the Award_Granted__e Platform Event and updates in real-time.

Between celebrations the same component carries the rep coaching feed, showing the single most useful thing that rep could do next. It stays quiet when there is nothing worth acting on.

Place the Coaching & Celebration component on your Opportunity record pages and Salesforce Home page. In Lightning App Builder, search for “Coaching & Celebration”. The component was previously labelled “Novigem Challenge Celebration”; its API name did not change, so pages built before the rename keep working. See the Components reference for placement guidance.

Tips

  • Place the Coaching & Celebration component on the Opportunity record page so reps see it while they work
  • Add it to the Home page too, for activity that happens elsewhere
  • During bulk imports or test runs, consider disabling Chatter notifications to avoid noise
