Access these settings via Novigem Admin > Notifications.

In-app celebrations

The Challenge Celebration component shows a confetti animation and award details whenever a user earns points or completes a challenge. It subscribes to the Award_Granted__e Platform Event and updates in real-time.

Place the Novigem Challenge Celebration component on your Opportunity record pages and Salesforce Home page. See the Components reference for placement guidance.

Badge notifications

When a badge is awarded, Novigem can notify the recipient via Chatter.

Settings

Setting	Default	Description
In-App (Chatter) Notifications	Enabled	Master switch for Chatter badge notifications.
Notify on Badge Award	Enabled	Whether badge awards trigger notifications. Both this and the channel switch must be on for notifications to send.

Tips

Place the Celebration component on the Opportunity record page so reps see it while they work
Add it to the Home page too, for activity that happens elsewhere
During bulk imports or test runs, consider disabling Chatter notifications to avoid noise
