Playbooks

Novigem playbooks are practical, role-based blueprints for driving behavior change. While Core Concepts explain the “how” and “why” of the system, playbooks provide the “what” and “when”: specific configurations and guidance to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Each playbook includes recommended Rules, Challenges, and operating guidance tailored to a specific team or goal.

How to Use These Playbooks

Most teams start with a single playbook to keep focus during an initial pilot. Once behaviors become consistent, additional playbooks can be layered in to reinforce adjacent outcomes.

Each playbook includes:

  • The behaviors it reinforces
  • A recommended 6-week configuration
  • Guidance for managers and leaders
  • Metrics to review at the end of the cycle

Playbooks are intended to evolve. Adjust scope, rules, and timing based on participation and results.

Outcome

Used together, these playbooks help teams move from ad-hoc reinforcement to structured, repeatable execution, directly inside Salesforce.
