What does Novigem actually do in Salesforce?

It tracks real user activity, scores behaviour, and rewards quality work. Managers get cleaner data, better coaching signals, and more predictable pipeline behaviour. Everything runs natively on your existing objects and processes. Learn more in Core Concepts.

Does it work beyond Sales?

Yes. CS, Support, SDR, AM and cross-functional teams can each get their own KPIs and challenges. Novigem adapts to any team that works from Salesforce records.

What results do teams usually see?

Teams report cleaner CRM data, fewer manual reminders from managers, and higher-quality pipeline activity within the first pilot. Results depend on which behaviours you reward and how consistently the program is run.

Implementation & Customization

How long does it take to go live?

Most teams go live in 1-3 days. You use your existing objects, fields, and stages, so there’s no heavy setup. You can run a full pilot without changing your current sales process. See Quick Setup to get started.

Do we need a developer or heavy admin time?

No. Rules, KPIs, scoring, and challenges are no-code. You can start with presets or tailor them per profile. Admin time stays low because Novigem adapts to what you already have in Salesforce.

Does it add work for reps?

No. It rewards the work reps already do: notes, next steps, meetings, and stage hygiene. The goal is to reinforce behaviour, not add tasks or friction.

Can we choose which behaviors to reward?

Yes. You can configure everything per profile: meetings, notes, data hygiene, field completion, custom objects, or workflow-specific actions. You stay in full control of what “good” looks like. See the Rules Reference for configuration options.

Can we customize the scoring?

Yes. Points, weights, streaks, milestones, and challenge rules are all configurable. You can model anything from simple hygiene incentives to multi-step behavioural programs. Browse our Playbooks for example configurations.

Security & Data

Is our Salesforce data stored externally?

No. All data stays in your Salesforce org. Novigem is Salesforce-native, ISO-aligned, and uses standard platform capabilities for storage, security, and access control.

Pricing & Support

How is pricing structured?

A 6-week pilot with guidance, tuning, and measurable goals. After that, monthly pricing per active user (Professional), or custom terms for Enterprise with multiple teams or complex processes.

What support is included?

You get onboarding, KPI presets, tuning sessions, weekly check-ins during the pilot, and help adjusting rules. The goal is to deliver measurable improvement, not just enablement.

Can we cancel?
