Important: Before you start, make sure you have a Salesforce sandbox you can install managed packages into, System Administrator rights (or a profile that can install and configure apps), and clarity on at least one behaviour you want to improve (e.g. “More first meetings booked”, “Cleaner opportunity stages”, or “Better notes”).
